Anyone can read the regulations. However, understanding how the regulator intended it to be applied is the domain of the skilled practitioner. Being skilled in interpreting the intent of the regulation allows you to take a more constructive approach to compliance, enabling a productive process to be aligned to the regulation, rather than the regulation being a burden.

How will this course benefit me?
Specifically focused on staff engaged with the daily handling of an organisation’s Part-145 approval,
you will receive the latest thinking in how to practically apply the EASA Part 145 regulation. Our
management system approach and holistic view offers an enhanced understanding of the intent of
the regulation, so that on returning to your organisation you can:
  • Explain why the regulation exists and what it is trying to achieve
  • Describe the difference between being accountable and responsible for compliance
  • Be clear about how your role fits within the regulatory requirements
  • Stay ahead of the competition by knowing how to use the regulation to build a safe, effective and
  • performing organisation
  • Examine and evaluate the impact of the human interface to reduce risks, errors and occurrences
  • Increase your confidence to question the alignment of current processes and business practices
  • with the regulation, and your competence to discuss elements of the regulation with the EASA/
  • Competent Authority regulatory staff
