  • The international legal environment - ICAO and the structure and role of EASA
  • High level applicable regulations and the structure of the implementing rules: EU 1321/2014, EC 216/2008, etc
  • Familiarisation with the EU 748/2012 regulation
  • Detailed analysis of key elements of Part 21 Subpart G, including Section A plus Acceptable Means of Compliance and Guidance Material
  • EASA Form 4 Holder and management responsibilities
