EASA Part M requires Operators to ensure their M.A.302 Maintenance Programme is effective and to monitor their Approved Maintenance Organisations for compliance with the approved maintenance contract. It is commonly the Technical Representative that undertakes this pivotal role, bridging the perspectives of the Operator and the Contractor. Ensuring your Technical Representative is well-prepared will not only facilitate the relationship, but will make certain that their job function is accomplished fully and efficiently.

How will this course benefit me?
This course has been designed to assist with ensuring that the Technical Representative accomplishes their job function from the perspective of Part M in ensuring economic efficiency, safety and ultimately compliance with the M.A.302 Maintenance Programme, in turn ensuring aircraft reliability. The course will give you a clear understanding of the relevant requirements of Part M and how non- compliance can lead to higher costs, lower reliability and possible degradation of safety standards.
