Reporting is the lifeblood of any Safety Management System (SMS) and experience has shown that the quickest way to stem the flow is to treat people involved in incidents in an inappropriate or unfair manner. One way of guarding against this is to implement a Just Culture in your organisation, introducing consistency and clarity in terms of Human Performance Management. This workshop shows you how best to do this, defining terms and dispelling myths, to unlock safety information in your organisation.
