She is a specialist in human performance and her background lies in assisting the aviation and healthcare industries improve safety through the understanding of human behaviour and company culture. Felicity is also dedicated to creating safe spaces for people to explore their mental wellbeing and is a trained Mental Health First Aider, and a mindfulness and wellbeing specialist.

Felicity's clients include a large number of safety critical organisations including the Royal Air Force, Royal Navy, BAE Systems, Rolls Royce, QinetiQ, Thomas Cook, Leonardo Helicopters, large UK airports, air traffic controllers, ground operations, vintage aircraft operations, as well as healthcare providers.
Career background and experience
Felicity began her career in the aviation industry at the Diamond Hanger, Stansted Airport, UK in 1998. Here she supported maintenance hangars and the airlines with their aircraft component requirements. In 2003 she trained with Trinity College's Aerospace Psychology Research Department and went on to lead a team of Human Factors facilitators at Stansted Airport. in 2010, Felicity left her roles at Stansted to bring awareness of behavioural safety to a wider audience with the creations of her own successful business, and she joined Baines Simmons in 2012.
Felicity has gained an invaluable insight into the challenges and pressures faced by aircraft flying safely. Equally confident with the "shop floor lads" or with the Executive Leadership team, her passion for keeping people safe and well shines through in every workshop she delivers.
