Henry has immense expertise, experience and knowledge following his long career with the CAA and offers clients expert advice and guidance based on 23 years of managing all aspects of aircraft certification and performing regulatory oversight of approved organisations. An accomplished manager and team leader, Henry has partnered many of the UK’s leading aviation organisations in their drive to achieve the highest possible safety and airworthiness standards of compliance as demanded by the UK regulations.

Consults as an airworthiness surveyor. Henry is authorised to recommend the initial issue, renewal and export Certificate of Airworthiness for aircraft registered with the Isle of Man Aircraft Registry
Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO), Maintenance Approved Organisation Scheme (MAOS) and Design Approved Organisation Scheme (DAOS) audit skills and approval of Maintenance Programmes
Advises organisations seeking to introduce Safety Management Systems and improve their Airworthiness standards. Henry’s broad regulatory aviation experience means he is ideally placed to assist clients seeking to implement and improve safety and airworthiness solutions
Advises on approvals acquisition or amendment. Henry advises organisations seeking the necessary Approvals to maintain and/or operate aircraft
Advises Regulatory Authorities on matters relating to oversight competence and capability.
Career background and experience

With a BEA Heathrow engineering background, which included Airbus 380 production and acting as the EASA representative on the A320 MRB for seven years, Henry’s successful career in aviation culminated in his role as Manchester Regional Airworthiness Manager for the UK CAA.

Career highlights include working for more than a decade in Line Maintenance and Field Support with Saudi Arabian Airlines. Henry was also instrumental in negotiating with the FAA during the transfer of production and regulatory oversight of the HS/BAe 125 Hawker 800 aircraft types from the UK to the USA.
