Jemma leads the Airworthiness Coordination Team, overseeing their functional duties with precision. She efficiently processes applications for the issue, renewal, and export of Certificates of Airworthiness. Additionally, Jemma provides technical support by reviewing Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMP) and Minimum Equipment Lists (MELs). She diligently monitors and reports on service level agreements, ensuring the department consistently meets the highest level of customer service. Before joining Baines Simmons, Jemma led a Technical Services Department for a large maintenance organisation. Jemma gained extensive experience in the civil aviation industry, where she managed and maintained the continuing airworthiness of fixed-wing general aviation aircraft, including business jets.
