Kirsty’s excellent business skills are put to good use in supporting all the necessary systems and processes of our busy Business Development Team. Through efficient management of our sales data, Kirsty helps to ensure reports and proposals are managed in a timely way and her cheerful disposition helps with the smooth running of the team’s day-to-day tasks.
Her keen eye for detail and technical competence have led to the introduction of new and improved internal processes and procedures which have helped the overall efficiency of the team.
Career background and experience
Prior to joining Baines Simmons, Kirsty worked for the European Regions Airline Association (ERA) in regulatory support, playing a key role in researching and producing statistical aviation reports and helping to organise ERA’s annual AGM, conference and exhibition.
Kirsty has a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and is a keen skier.
