Liam Bell

Liam is a Human Factors Specialist, accredited by the European Association for Aviation Psychology (EAAP). He is a confident public speaker with several years' academic and operational experience spanning mainly across the civil aviation safety sector. Liam attained an MSc in Human Factors & Aviation Safety from Cranfield University in 2016 before going onto take up a role as a Flight Safety Investigator for Cargolux Airlines based in Luxembourg. Whilst there, Liam attained an EASA Private Pilot's License and completed the theoretical Type Rating for the Boeing 747-400/-8F.
 
Since joining Baines Simmons, Liam is responsible for delivering world-class consulting services and aviation safety training to a large portfolio of global clients from both civil and defence environments. Liam specialises in the field of human factors, safety culture and aviation safety investigations as well as safety risk analysis using the Bowtie method.
