Mark ‘Sparky’ Dunlop is a current Coastguard search and rescue pilot and has 30 years of experience in both the civil and military aviation domains, as a Safety Specialist, Aviation Risk Manager and Aviator.
He specialises in Safety Management Systems, human factors and air system safety cases, and has an MSc in Human Factors and Aviation Risk from the Cranfield University. Sparky’s experience includes being Aviation Risk Advisor to the head of RAF Air Mobility Operations and serving as a RAF search and rescue pilot.
