Matt brings experience as a Pilot and Instructor in the civil and military environments, and safety management experience from within the UK MOD. His key areas of expertise lie in Safety Cases/Safety Management Systems, the conduct of investigations, and the delivery of human factors training - primarily in the MOD environment.
He served in the Royal Navy for 16 years as a helicopter and fixed-wing pilot and instructor, latterly serving as the DDH adviser (Safety Case and Safety Management System Manager) for the Commando Helicopter Force and he currently flues the 737 for a major UK operator.
