Career background and experience
Prior to joining Baines Simmons in 2019, Sandra started her career at British Airways in 1997 where she established and perfected her skills in learning and development. Here Sandra acquired extensive expertise ranging from planning, resourcing, design, development and implementation to delivery and evaluation of L&D products including customer service, cargo operations, DCS system, management and leadership and, most recently, regulated safety and security for all air crew.
