This is for state regulators (National Competent Authorities) that will oversee the Management System requirements within AirOps, Part CAMO, Part 145, Parts 21 G&J, ATM, Aerodrome and Ground Handling.

Course details
Course format: This course is a balanced mix of group discussions, flipchart work and PowerPoint presentations. Managed syndicate exercises give you the opportunity to practise the application and evaluation of new processes and techniques.
Course level: Practitioner Level Training (P) is suitable for those who have worked in the subject for some time, are familiar with core terminologies and concepts and are looking to develop or update their level of knowledge and practical understanding.
Assessment process: No formal assessment. Formative feedback is provided by the facilitator.
Course size: 16 persons maximum at our Aviation Safety Academy or on-site at your facility.
It is intended just for regulators to assist in their oversight.

Practical (de-identified) examples from your own environment can be incorporated into the workshop syllabus beforehand to provide a more tailored approach but we have plenty of generic examples that can also be used.
Various tools are discussed and focus can be directed on the specific tool that you may be using.
Due to its workshop nature it is ideal for repeat delivery, facilitating discussions about practical lessons learned in Management System assessment since the last course, how overseen organisations are maturing and how to assess a more mature system.
