Accountable Managers, Nominated Persons or EASA Form 4 holders need to be able to demonstrate to the regulator that they fully understand their accountabilities and are capable of discharging their responsibilities. For Accountable Managers who are new to aviation, the regulatory landscape can be a minefield, whilst for managers who are nominated for Form 4 accountabilities for the first time, the prospect of the interview can be very daunting. This one-to-one workshop is bespoke in nature and designed to help managers in these roles to fulfil their duties effectively.

Course details
Course format: This an interactive one-to-one (which can be increased to a maximum of 3) workshop and includes a mix of flipchart work and PowerPoint presentations. The workshop environment promotes focused and relevant discussion and allows you to evaluate new processes and techniques.
Course level: Foundation Level Training (F) is suitable for those with little or no prior knowledge of the subject who are looking to develop a fundamental level of competence.
Assessment process: No formal assessment. Formative feedback is provided by the facilitator.
Course size: 3 person maximum at our Aviation Safety Academy or on-site at your facility.
