EMAR 21 Subpart G - Military Production Organisation Approval (MPOA) Essentials

TR80 | 1 day

The European Defence Agency (EDA) issued the EMAR 21 Subpart G requirement in 2014 for production organisations. As part of a project by the EDA to foster cooperation and reduce costs in European defence aviation, EMARs are intended to promote mutual recognition across different states. Encouragingly, EMARs are also being recognised by Military Authorities outside of the EU, further promoting the opportunity for cross-border cooperation. To evaluate how you and your organisation can benefit from this regulatory approach and the mutual recognition between states, forming an understanding of this requirement and its intent is vital.
