The European Defence Agency (EDA) issued EMAR 21 Subpart J requirement in 2014 for design organisations. Part of a project by the EDA to foster cooperation and reduce costs in European defence aviation, EMARs are intended to promote mutual recognition across different states. To evaluate how you and your organisation can benefit Subject Leader from this regulatory approach and the mutual recognition between states, forming an understanding of this requirement and its intent is vital.
