With an aviation career spanning more than 30 years, a significant portion in managerial roles, Paul draws on his practical experience in Airworthiness, Quality and Safety, gained from working with world-leading airlines to small independent private aviation companies. Paul's experience covers fixed and rotary wing aircraft.

Managerial consulting skills demonstrated through his enormous wealth of knowledge gained from holding management positions in disciplines across the Continuing Airworthiness domain, both CAMO and Maintenance.
Career background and experience
Prior to joining Baines Simmons, Paul started his career as an Airframe/Engine apprentice gaining valuable line experience before moving into the maintenance planning and other Continuing Airworthiness Management positions where he developed his skills. Pauls specific skills include Maintenance Programmes, Planning, Compliance Monitoring, Supplies Management and Maintenance Support/Oversight. Paul has also held the role of ARC signatory and understands the specific obligations this role entails for operators.
